When in Los Alamos, never wear you're badge outside. If its taboo, against the rules, or just makes you look like a dork, I haven't decided. but you should never ever ever EVER wear your badge outside.

So far, I've paid for nothing, and discovered that the high ups prefer linux/unix to other OS's(OSi? OSes?).

we've had a few changes of plan, but the foods been good. I'm sue the others have longer entries, but minimalism's my game.

We destroy jokes here.

yesterday we went out and looked at rocks and went grave digging.

then we got a spa treatment and went home. we looked at some telescopes (RAPTORs Sink,Kitchen,Toaster,Zebra, and others.)

We saw a big hole in the ground(jemez caldera), and then it started raining.

Fedora is the flavor of choice for telescope stuff.

we talked alot and not much else, about Gamma Ray Bursts and red shift.

we saw a concert at the library

we talked to Gabe Rockfeller, about GRBs, comedy, and movie stars.

and then we went stargazing. under cloud cover.

good stuff.

we haven't gone observing since whenever we did. saturday we did laundry and erika stole a book. then we cannibalized some computers, wrote a fibonacci code, went to don's house, and watched contact. yesterday we did santa fe and went to a party at Scott's.

new observations: my badge always disappears on the days i need it.
